Akshara-Naitik Wedding

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is an Indian television drama-series that airs on STAR Plus. The series premiered on January 12, 2009, and airs every Monday - Friday at 9:30pm IST. The story is based on the concept of marriages in India i.e. Arranged marriage and Love marriage in the Indian culture, which portrays how the two unknown (Naitik, Akshara) and two known (Varsha and Shaurya) individuals get tied for a lifetime by the knot of holy matrimony by their elders or with the blessings of their elders. The show has made Naitik, Akshara, Varsha and Shaurya household names.
